Yes, you can privately rent out the entire floor. “Perfect Pear” private rentals are for content creation days & styled shoots! For 1-2 hour private rentals you can have up to 50 guests. Each additional guest is $5. For all day private rentals you can have up to 100 guests. Each additional guest is $5. For birthday parties, 21st birthdays, and all other events, please contact us with event details and we can help get you scheduled accordingly!

Fruity Films Studio is a queer, woman-owned small business that believes in sustainability and inclusivity. We source as much of our set designs as we can from local thrifts. Then, when the set has run its course, the items in the sets will be available for purchase to help fund the next set design and keep our sets as sustainable as possible!

The Studio: In the event of a cancellation, you will be 100% refunded with a minimum 7 day notice. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, you are eligible for a 50% refund. Anything less than 24 hours is nonrefundable. No shows are also nonrefundable.
